Exchanges, Delivery and FAQs
Idalia operates an Exchange only policy: As this is our first drop, we currently don't offer returns as of yet. We will however offer you an exchange if the sizing isn't right (within 14 days of the day you receive it). Providing that the item is in an unworn, unwashed condition without any stains such as make up, lotion, tan ect.
We cannot accept an exchange if the item is soiled in any way, so please take care when trying on! we recommend trying on before applying make up due to the tight fit.
In order to exchange, we can create a standard return label for you to drop off at your nearest Evri Parcel shop/ Royal Mail drop off point. Just drop us an email first! Please request and retain your proof of postage from the Parcelshop/delivery office when you send back your items. Idalia is not liable for any lost returns however we can investigate and open a claim if it is lost/damaged when sent back.

The exchange address will be in the delivery note within the parcel.
Delivery:
We aim to dispatch your order either the same day (if ordered before 12 pm) or the next working day. - That is if your order does not include any made to order items. If your order has any items that need to be made first, please follow the processing time on the product page!
UK Express delivery orders will arrive 1 working day after dispatch - Royal Mail tracked 24
UK Standard delivery orders should arrive 2-4 working days after dispatch - Royal Mail tracked 48
Europe orders will usually arrive within 3-4 working days from dispatch.
Worldwide 5-7 working days from dispatch.
* Please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely for international orders outside of the USA & UK. Orders shipping outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes and customs clearance charges of the destination country. These additional charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Your local customs office can assist with any customs duties outside of our control.
Unexpected Delays In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
FAQs
What is your packaging made from? - We still want to make sustainable choices where possible so all packaging is plastic free and paper based. It is recyclable however, it is still high quality with a premium feel!
Do you plan on increasing the size range? - Yes this is something we plan on doing. As it was the first drop, there were some limitations on the size range that could be created. However we plan to make sizing more inclusive further down the line!
