No need to size down. The measurements have been created to fit a little tighter against the body for the sculpting effect. If you have a larger bust over a D cup, you can size up. For example, Model A is size 8/32 B however with a  larger bust over a D cup could be sized up.

Model A is a uk 8-10/32 B and wore a size S. 

Model B is a UK 16/36E and wears size XL
